If you have concerns about how Open AI uses data and inputs via the API we would encourage you not to use the Chatbot feature of our website. Importantly:
- No Personal Data: Our chatbot does not ask for so therefore does not collect any personal information that could identify you or any protected characteristic.

While no personal data is collected through the chatbot, the ChatGPT API may collect some non-personal data to improve their services such as:
- Usage data: Collection of anonymous data on how users interact with the chatbot (e.g., frequency of use, types of queries).

Third-party services
We utilise third-party services, including the Open AI API, to power our chatbot. These services have access to the data collected but are compliant with data protection regulations and are only permitted to use the data as necessary to provide their services. By using our ChatGPT powered custom Chatbot we need to refer you to the Open AI Plugins and Actions Terms which allows Open AI services such as ChatGPT to retrieve information from or send instructions to an API (“API”) created according to their AI Plugin Protocol.
Chat History and data retention
Our ChatGPT-powered chatbot operates on a stateless basis. This means:
- Chat history retention: Each interaction with the chatbot is independent. However Open AI may reserve the right to securely retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to identify abuse.
- Anonymity: We do not store any personal data o from your interactions with the chatbot.
